Web Cam Assistance

If you are not able to view our streaming webcam you most likely don’t have the Java Virtual Machine installed on your system.

In order to do that, please follow these steps:

  1. Click here for Your Free Java Download
  2. When asked if you want to install and run java plugin by Sun Microsystems, click YES
  3. A box will popup asking if you agree to the terms in the license agreement, read it, click on the “I accept the terms in the license agreement” button (if you do) and then click next
  4. On the next screen, choose typical install, then click next
  5. Setup will then install the java virtual machine. When it’s done it will say “installshield wizard completed”, and you can click finish to close the install program
  6. Now you should be able to return to our Web Cam page and the camera should load.
